Information you provide

When you request a demo or contact RC EMR, we may collect your name, email, organization, phone number, approximate provider count and the information you choose to provide.

First-party website analytics

RC Blue uses an in-house analytics system hosted with this website rather than a third-party analytics script. It may record pages viewed, visit timing, active time on a visible page, referring website host, campaign tags, browser language, time zone, screen category, browser and operating-system family. When the hosting infrastructure supplies a country or region header, the dashboard may also show that coarse location. The analytics record does not store a visitor’s raw network address.

Limited technical identifiers

The website may process ordinary server information needed to deliver, measure and protect the site. A random first-party visitor identifier is stored in an HTTP-only cookie and transformed with a one-way keyed hash before an analytics record is written. Public form submissions separately store a one-way hash derived from the submitting network address to help with operational review without retaining that address in the form record itself.

How we use it

We use website-submitted information to respond to inquiries, coordinate demonstrations, understand organizational needs and communicate about RC EMR. We use aggregate website analytics to understand traffic, improve pages, evaluate outreach and identify technical problems.

Form security and storage

The site uses an essential session cookie to protect public forms against forged requests and a first-party visitor cookie for privacy-conscious traffic measurement. Submissions and analytics may be retained in access-restricted server records. Form submissions may also be routed by email to authorized RC EMR contacts. Analytics are configured for approximately 395 days of rolling retention; inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, security and business records.

Do not submit PHI

The public website, demo-request form and contact form are not intended for protected health information. Please do not submit client names, clinical information or other patient-identifying data through the public site.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell information submitted through these public forms or the first-party analytics record. Information may be processed by infrastructure or communication providers that help operate the website, subject to the applicable service arrangements, or disclosed when required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards for the public website, restrict direct access to stored form records and limit the information requested through public forms. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

The analytics script respects enabled Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. You may also clear the first-party visitor cookie through your browser. You may contact us to ask about information you previously submitted through the public website or to request an appropriate correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained when required for security, legal or legitimate business-record purposes.

What we do not infer

RC Blue does not use website activity to guess sensitive personal characteristics such as age, gender, ethnicity, income, health status or diagnosis. Browser and location signals are approximate and describe technical access patterns, not a verified person or identity.
