RC EMRby RC Clinical
RC EMR uses six clear provider ranges. Find the size of your clinical team, see the monthly rate and talk with us about the features and workflows your organization needs.
Each tier matches a different clinical-team size. Your core RC EMR features stay connected as your organization grows.
For solo clinicians and small practices building on one connected foundation.
For growing practices coordinating more clinicians, schedules and shared work.
For established teams that need a clear view of clinical care, billing and staff activity.
For larger programs coordinating more clinicians, staff roles and day-to-day work.
For busy or multi-location organizations coordinating care across larger teams.
For large organizations that need a tailored setup, data move or workflow plan.
The rates above are monthly platform prices by provider range. Any implementation work, migration and optional services are discussed before a final agreement. They are never added as a surprise after the fact.
Your organization should not have to choose between a usable clinical record and the operational visibility needed to run the practice.
Client charts, documentation, treatment planning, assessments, signatures and record history.
Scheduling, attendance, reminders, task visibility and day-to-day follow-through.
Portal access, digital onboarding, forms, documents and appointment-request workflows.
Authorizations, charges, claims, balances, payments and outstanding-account reporting.
Multi-factor authentication, staff permissions, separate organization records and account history.
Service reports, session counts, caseload information and easy data exports.
Open the billing workspace for a closer look, or schedule a demonstration built around the work your team manages today.
Build your walkthroughServices that carry outside-vendor, per-use or complex setup costs stay outside the base tier so your organization pays for them only when needed.
Claim-submission and insurer-payment services are priced according to use and outside vendor costs.
AI documentation and automation can be added according to the tools and usage your organization chooses.
Paid text-message services are quoted separately based on how much your organization uses them.
Payment processing, e-prescribing and similar third-party services follow their applicable vendor or transaction costs.
Configuration, data migration, training and complex rollout work are scoped to the needs of your organization.
Special connections and organization-specific workflows are planned and quoted before work begins.
If your organization has a complex role mix, multiple locations or a migration requirement, we’ll map it before recommending a tier.
Ask a Pricing QuestionYour base monthly tier is determined by the number of providers using RC EMR in your organization. The published ranges make it easy to see the next tier before your team grows into it.
A provider is generally a clinical professional who uses RC EMR to deliver or document care. We confirm mixed clinical, supervisory, billing and administrative roles during scoping so the provider count is applied accurately.
The provider tiers are designed to scale the same connected RC EMR foundation with your organization. Final configuration, permissions and enabled workflows are confirmed during implementation.
Services with meaningful third-party or usage costs, such as clearinghouse transactions, AI usage, SMS, payment processing and e-prescribing, are scoped separately so they do not inflate every organization’s base subscription.
We will confirm the appropriate tier with you as your organization grows. RC EMR is designed so moving into a larger provider range does not require replacing your platform.
Organizations with 51 or more providers receive a tailored scope covering deployment size, locations, migration, implementation, integrations and support requirements.
We’ll confirm the right tier and tailor the demonstration around your organization’s clinical care, scheduling, security and billing needs.
